- Enter customer information into database (mail list)
- Enter guest book entries into database (different list)
- Thank you notes to all customers the day you return home mailed
the same day you deposit proceeds from festival
- Any improvements to be made to Booth, Mrktg, Art
- Any repairs or replacement of equipment due? Do it now.
- Is the show consistent with my average? Why not? How can I
improve?
- Responses needed for custom works?
- Follow-up on additional sales from customer requests
- Thank you note to promoter or non-profit committee and any
suggestions (always start and finish note with a compliment)
- Did you accomplish stated goals?
- Mail out orders for shipping (offer this service at the point of sale
and charge for it ALWAYS register and insure any mailed or
shipped packages)
